The invention provides a four-wheel 360-degree steering unmanned chassis integrated hydraulic braking system which comprises a whole vehicle controller, an electric control braking master cylinder controller, an electric control braking master cylinder, a braking pressure regulator, a first electromagnetic valve group and an energy storage oil cylinder, and the first electromagnetic valve group is connected with brakes of four wheels. An inlet A, an inlet B and an outlet P are formed in the first electromagnetic valve set, the inlet A and the inlet B are connected with the brake pressure regulator and the energy storage oil cylinder respectively, and the outlet P is connected with the four brakes respectively. The parking brake hydraulic pressure is provided by the energy storage oil cylinder, so that the service life of the electric control brake master cylinder can be obviously prolonged. Meanwhile, the system adopts the mode that a traveling braking pipeline and a parking braking pipeline are partially shared, so that hydraulic pipelines at the 360-degree steering slip ring are fewer, more electrical wiring harnesses are not needed, the number of parts is reduced, the material cost of a vehicle or a chassis is reduced, and the functions of traveling braking, parking braking and emergency braking can be achieved.
本发明提供一种四轮360°转向无人底盘集成式液压制动系统,包括依次相连的整车控制器、电控制动总泵控制器、电控制动总泵、制动压力调节器、第一电磁阀组,所述第一电磁阀组连接四个车轮的制动器,还包括储能油缸,所述第一电磁阀组上设置有进口A、进口B以及出口P,进口A、进口B分别连接制动压力调节器和储能油缸,所述出口P分别连接四个制动器。因驻车制动液压力由储能油缸提供,可明显提高电控制动总泵的使用寿命。同时,该系统采用行车制动管路与驻车制动管路部分共用的方式,使得360°转向滑环处液压管路更少且无需更多的电气线束,减少零部件数量,降低车辆或底盘材料成本并能够实现行车制动及驻车制动以及应急制动的功能。
