    本发明涉及车辆碰撞缓冲技术领域,具体为一种降低车辆碰撞损伤的缓冲装置及方法,包括:车辆主体侧面设置有支撑架和第二缓冲弹簧,车辆主体前端设置有防护架,防护架底部设置有滑座,滑座一端设置有缓冲弹簧,支撑架内设置有牵引轮;有益效果为:防护架与建筑物接触后利用缓冲弹簧使防护架后移,利用缓冲弹簧的作用降低防护架向后的冲击力,防护架内设置有支撑板当防护架与外界硬性接触后支撑板在防护架内可起到一个支撑的作用,防止防护架直接被压瘪对车辆主体的表面造成损坏的问题,这样避免了一般的防护架结构较简单,发生碰撞时,通过钢管自身溃缩变形吸收能量,易造成车体前部损坏,不能保护警用车辆以及警务人员的安全。
