The invention relates to a fuel cell heating method and device, a storage medium, electronic equipment and a vehicle, by controlling a fuel cell to conduct self-heating before a whole vehicle is started, the idle speed working condition of the fuel cell is eliminated, the starting time of the vehicle in a low-temperature environment is shortened, and the speed economy of whole vehicle starting is improved. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a vehicle is in a whole vehicle parking state, whether a fuel cell of the vehicle meets a heating starting condition or not is judged; and under the condition that it is determined that the fuel cell meets the heating starting condition, the fuel cell is controlled to enter a heating state before the starting time of the vehicle, and the fuel cell can heat the fuel cell and a power cell of the vehicle in the heating state.
