The present disclosure provides a cooling water circulation system for a vehicle that performs thermal management on a high-voltage battery disposed in an electric vehicle. The cooling water circulation system is configured to be connected to a high-voltage battery of an electric vehicle to share cooling water managed outside the vehicle with cooling water circulating in the high-voltage battery of the electric vehicle to supply cooled cooling water or heated cooling water to the high-voltage battery. Therefore, when the high-voltage battery is charged, the charging efficiency is improved through temperature management of the high-voltage battery.
