The high-low voltage charging and discharging system comprises a high-voltage power battery, a high-low voltage charging and discharging system assembly, an in-automobile discharging socket, an out-automobile alternating current socket and a whole automobile controller. The high-low voltage charging and discharging system assembly comprises a two-way vehicle-mounted charger and an OBC control unit, and the two-way vehicle-mounted charger is connected with the high-voltage power battery; the in-vehicle discharge socket and the out-vehicle alternating current socket are connected with the bidirectional vehicle-mounted charger through a first relay, a second relay, a third relay and a fourth relay respectively; and the OBC control unit controls the bidirectional vehicle-mounted charger, the first relay, the second relay, the third relay and the fourth relay according to an instruction sent by the whole vehicle controller. The high-voltage power battery can provide power for equipment in the vehicle and equipment outside the vehicle, the requirement for high-power alternating-current electricity in the vehicle and the requirement for high-power alternating-current electricity outside the vehicle are met, the in-vehicle discharging circuit and the out-vehicle discharging circuit share the same OBC control unit, the circuits are simplified, and cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种高低压充放电系统、方法及新能源汽车,包括高压动力电池、高低压充放电系统总成、车内放电插座、车外交流插座及整车控制器;高低压充放电系统总成包括双向车载充电机及OBC控制单元,所述双向车载充电机与所述高压动力电池连接;车内放电插座和车外交流插座分别通过第一继电器、第二继电器、第三继电器及第四继电器与双向车载充电机连接;OBC控制单元根据整车控制器发送的指令对双向车载充电机、第一继电器、第二继电器、第三继电器和第四继电器进行控制。高压动力电池可为车内设备和车外设备提供电力,满足车内及车外大功率交流用电需求,车内放电电路和车外放电电路共用同一OBC控制单元,简化电路,降低成本。
