The invention provides a vehicle low-attachment road surface safety control system and method based on slip rate control, and relates to the technical field of vehicle safety control. Comprising a vehicle control unit VCU used for receiving a brake pedal opening signal, an accelerator pedal opening signal, a gear signal, wheel speed data and ABS vehicle speed data, judging whether the current vehicle state is in a brake energy recovery function activation state or a sliding energy recovery function activation state, and judging whether the ABS vehicle speed data is larger than a first set value or not and whether a gear is a non-R gear or not; if yes, the slippage rate of any driving wheel is calculated based on the wheel speed data, and whether any driving wheel is larger than a second set value or not is judged; if yes, the braking energy recovery torque is controlled and intervened, and a torque reduction instruction is sent to the motor controller MCU until the slippage rate of any driving wheel is smaller than a third set value. According to the method, risk pre-identification is carried out through the wheel slip rate, torque pre-intervention is carried out, and the braking safety and stability are improved.

    本发明提出一种基于滑移率控制的车辆低附路面安全控制系统及方法,涉及车辆安全控制技术领域。包括整车控制器VCU,用于接收制动踏板开度信号、油门踏板开度信号、档位信号、轮速数据和ABS车速数据,判断当前车辆状态处于制动能量回收功能激活或者滑行能量回收功能激活状态,判断ABS车速数据是否大于第一设定值且档位为非R档;若是,基于轮速数据计算任一驱动轮滑移率,判断任一驱动轮是否大于第二设定值;若是,对制动能量回收扭矩进行控制干预,发送扭矩降低指令至电机控制器MCU,直至任一驱动轮滑移率均小于第三设定值为止退出。本发明通过车轮滑移率进行风险预先识别,进行扭矩提前干预,提高制动安全性与稳定性。
