Provided are a DC/DC conversion circuit (10), a power unit (1), a charging pile (100) and a charging and discharging heating method, the circuit comprising a first rectifier module (11), the input end of the first rectifier module (11) being connected to a power grid (2) through an AC/DC conversion circuit (20); the input end of the voltage transformation module (12) is connected with the output end of the first rectification module (11); an energy storage module (14); the input end of the second rectification module (13) is used for being connected with the output end of the voltage transformation module (12) or the energy storage module (14), and the output end of the second rectification module (13) is used for being connected with a battery pack (3) of the electric vehicle when the charging pile (100) charges the electric vehicle; the second rectifying module (13) is used for being communicated with the voltage transformation module (12) and charging and discharging in a first frequency range between the power grid (2) and the battery pack (3) so as to heat the battery pack (3); or is used for communicating with the energy storage module (14), and charging and discharging within a second frequency range between the energy storage module (14) and the battery pack (3) so as to heat the battery pack (3); the first frequency range is smaller than the second frequency range.
