A CTC battery pack of a sliding plate base chassis comprises a box body, a battery cell stack set and a cooling pipeline, the box body comprises a middle frame beam, an upper cover plate, a bottom plate and a frame connecting section, and the middle frame beam is formed by welding two first edge beams located on the front side and the rear side, two second edge beams located on the left side and the right side, a middle longitudinal reinforcing beam and a plurality of transverse reinforcing beams; the battery cell stack group is arranged in the middle frame beam, the outer sides of the two first edge beams are respectively and detachably connected with a vehicle frame connecting section, and the two vehicle connecting sections are respectively and detachably connected with a front vehicle frame and a rear vehicle frame of the chassis. The CTC battery pack provided by the invention is connected with the front vehicle bridge section and the rear vehicle bridge section through the fasteners of the vehicle frame connecting section to form a middle beam type sliding plate chassis, and the CTC battery pack can be detached and replaced. The three-section type sliding plate chassis structure is high in expansibility, adapts to different vehicle models with the same axle distance, and can also adapt to the requirements of the vehicle models with the different axle distances by extending or shortening the middle-section battery pack.

    一种滑板座底盘的CTC电池包,包括箱体、电芯堆组以及冷却管路,箱体包括中间框架梁、上盖板、底板以及车架连接段,中间框架梁由位于前后两侧的两根第一边梁、位于左右两侧的两根第二边梁、一根中纵加强梁以及若干根横向加强梁焊接组成,电芯堆组安装于所述中间框架梁内,两根第一边梁的外侧分别可拆卸连接一个车架连接段,两个车辆连接段分别与底盘前后车架可拆卸连接。本发明提供的CTC电池包通过车架连接段的紧固件与前后车架桥段进行连接,组成中梁式滑板底盘,CTC电池包可进行拆卸更换。这种三段式滑板底盘结构,可拓展性强,适配同轴距不同车型,也可通过中段电池包的延伸或缩短适配不同轴距车型需求。
