The device comprises six hydraulic cylinders, a case fake part, a base, a rotor shaft propeller hub fake part, six force bearing devices and an adapter plate, and the case fake part is fixed to the base through the adapter plate; the upper end of the case fake piece is connected with the middle lower end of the main speed reducer rotor shaft test piece through a roller bearing; the lower end of the false casing is connected with the spline end of the main reducer rotor shaft test piece through a four-point contact ball bearing; the end face of the main speed reducer rotor shaft test piece is fixed with the rotor shaft propeller hub fake piece; loading ends of the six hydraulic cylinders are respectively fixed with the rotor shaft propeller hub fake part and are respectively positioned in the directions of 0 degree, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees, 30 degrees and 60 degrees; the fixed ends of the six hydraulic cylinders are fixed to the six force bearing devices respectively.
