The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle engineering, and provides a commercial vehicle power battery system loading structure which comprises a front frame, a rear frame, a middle frame, a battery pack and an upper cover. Wherein the front frame, the middle frame and the rear frame are sequentially connected from front to back, the middle frame comprises two longitudinal beams symmetrically arranged in the left-right direction and two cross beams symmetrically arranged in the front-back direction, and the two ends of each cross beam are fixed to the two longitudinal beams respectively to form a containing space; the battery pack comprises a supporting plate and a battery body, the battery body is arranged in the containing space, the supporting plate is fixed to the bottom of the battery body, and the supporting plate is fixed to the lower side end faces of the two longitudinal beams; the upper cover is fixed to the upper side end faces of the two longitudinal beams. According to the CTC structure, the idle space between the two longitudinal beams is reasonably utilized as the accommodating space of the battery pack, and the battery pack is convenient to disassemble, assemble and replace.

    本发明涉及车辆工程技术领域,提供了一种商用车动力电池系统装载结构,包括前车架、后车架、中车架、电池包和上盖。其中,前车架、中车架和后车架自前向后依次连接,中车架包括于左右方向对称设置的两根纵梁,以及沿前后方向对称设置的两根横梁,横梁的两端分别与两根纵梁固定,形成容置空间;电池包包括支撑板和电池主体,电池主体置于容置空间内,支撑板与电池主体的底部固定,且支撑板与两根纵梁的下侧端面固定;上盖与两根纵梁的上侧端面固定。此CTC结构合理的利用了两根纵梁之间的闲置空间作为电池包的容置空间,还便于电池包的拆装更换。
