According to the battery system, the upper cover of the battery system is integrated with the seat cross beam and the floor in the vehicle body, so that the weight of a seat and people is supported while the strength of the upper cover is ensured, the number of parts is greatly reduced, and the integration degree of the battery and the vehicle body is improved; the battery upper cover and an all-in-one structure are integrated together, an auxiliary instrument panel assembling assembly is simplified, the integration degree of a battery system on an automobile is improved, all-in-one and an auxiliary instrument panel frame are integrated together, and maintenance and replacement of quick-wear parts are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种高度集成的电池系统及车辆,属于电池技术领域,包括:铸铝箱体及装配于所述铸铝箱体下表面的电池包;其中,所述铸铝箱体的前、后两端分别与前地板总成、后地板总成连接,左、右两端与车身纵梁连接;电池包包括电芯、FFC采样板及下箱体,所述电芯位于所述铸铝箱体下表面的槽体内,其上依次铺设有FFC采样板及下箱体。该电池系统将电池系统的上盖同座椅横梁、车身中地板集成在一起,保证上盖的强度的同时,做到支撑座椅和人的重量,极大的减少零件数量,提升电池和车身的集成度;将电池上盖同多合一结构融合到一起,并简化副仪表板装配总成,提升电池系统在汽车上的集成度,多合一与副仪表板框架集合到一起,便于维修和易损件的更换。
