The invention relates to an adjustment unit (10) comprising a bearing device (11) having an inner core (12) which is designed with a passage (18) extending in the longitudinal direction of the inner core (12), a spacer element (20) being arranged in the passage (18), said spacer element having a through-hole (22) for receiving a bearing pin (24), said through-hole (22) extending along a longitudinal axis defining a connection axis (A) of the bearing device (11), wherein the connecting axis (A) and the bearing axis (L) can be adjusted relative to one another by adjusting the spacer element (20). The invention is characterized in that the spacer element (20) is arranged so as to be movable in the direction of extension of the passage (18), and in the installed state of the bearing device (11), an axial adjustment of the spacer element (20) takes place along the connection axis (A) and causes a translational displacement of the inner core (12) transversely to the connection axis (A).
