The invention relates to a multi-island micro-grid system double-layer optimization scheduling method considering carbon emission, and the method specifically comprises the steps: constructing a comprehensive optimization system which comprises a plurality of island micro-grid systems and an electric ship charging and discharging system, and taking the plurality of island micro-grid systems as an upper optimization system, taking an electric ship charging and discharging system as a lower-layer optimization system; constructing a target function of an upper-layer optimization system by taking the daily operation cost of the plurality of island micro-grid systems as a target, and solving an optimal scheduling scheme and a carbon content level of the upper-layer optimization system by utilizing a digital optimization technology according to constraint conditions of the upper-layer optimization system; and on the basis of fuzzy opportunity constraint planning, the constraint conditions of fuzzy variables in a plurality of island micro-grid systems are replaced through a clear equivalence method, wherein the fuzzy variables comprise the intermittent generating capacity of a fan and a photovoltaic resistor and the system load.

    本发明涉及一种考虑碳排放量的多海岛微电网系统双层优化调度方法,具体步骤包括:构建包括若干海岛微电网系统与电动船舶充放电系统的综合优化系统,并将若干海岛微电网系统作为上层优化系统,将电动船舶充放电系统作为下层优化系统;以若干海岛微电网系统的日运行成本为目标构建上层优化系统的目标函数,并根据上层优化系统的约束条件利用数字优化技术求解上层优化系统的最优调度方案及碳量水平;基于模糊机会约束规划通过清晰等价的方法替换若干海岛微电网系统中的模糊变量的约束条件,所述模糊变量包括风机和光伏电阻间歇发电量与系统负荷。
