The invention discloses an electronic police layout method considering node importance, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) constructing a road network topological graph according to the distribution condition of intersections and road sections in a target road network; (2) defining representation elements of node importance in the road network to measure the importance of each intersection node in the road network; (3) calculating the weight of each element of the node importance degree; (4) calculating the importance degree of each node in the road network; and (5) establishing a multi-target electronic police layout model, and solving the model to obtain an optimal electronic police layout. According to the method, the node importance and the facility cost are comprehensively considered, a reasonable electric police facility layout scheme can be formulated, and the operation efficiency of a traffic monitoring system is improved on the premise of controlling the cost.
本发明公开了一种考虑节点重要度的电警布局方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)根据目标道路网络中交叉口和路段的分布情况构建路网拓扑图;(2)定义道路网络中节点重要度的表示要素,用来衡量道路网络中各交叉口节点的重要程度;(3)计算节点重要度各要素的权重;(4)计算道路网络中各节点的重要度;(5)建立多目标电警布局模型,求解该模型,得到最优的电警布局。本发明综合考虑节点重要度和设施成本,可以制定合理的电警设施布局方案,在控制成本的前提下提升交通监控系统的运行效率。
