The invention provides a Beidou positioning assisted electric vehicle charging demand prediction method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time position data of an electric vehicle, and calculating a prediction track of the electric vehicle through a time sequence prediction method (DA-RNN); acquiring the initial electric quantity sampled by the electric vehicle every time, establishing a state transfer equation and an observation equation according to the initial electric quantity, and calculating a residual capacitance estimated value; and according to the vehicle information of each electric vehicle in the area, the prediction track and the residual capacitance estimation value, calculating to obtain a charging demand in the area. The load prediction precision is improved through the vehicle track information including the time information, the charging electric quantity precision, the charging position and the charging time of the predicted vehicle are improved, and the method is more accurate than the method in the prior art that only the historical charging load of a charging pile at a certain point location is considered.

    本申请提供一种北斗定位辅助的电动车辆充电需求预测方法,包括:获取电动车实时的位置数据,通过时间序列预测方法(DA‑RNN)计算所述电动车的预测轨迹;获取电动车每次采样的起始电量,根据所述起始电量建立态转移方程和观测方程,计算剩余电容量估计值;根据区域内每辆所述电动车的车辆信息、所述预测轨迹和剩余电容量估计值,计算得到所述区域内的充电需求。本申请通过包含时间信息的车辆轨迹信息提高了负荷预测精度,实现提高预测车的充电电量精确度、充电位置以及充电时刻,比现有技术中只考虑某个点位充电桩的历史充电负荷要更加精准。
