The invention discloses a damping assembly of a vibratory pile driver. The damping assembly comprises an upper part and a lower part which are respectively connected to a crane and the vibratory pile driver. The damping assembly includes an inner shell member and an outer shell member, the inner shell member being connected to the outer shell member. The lower part is connected to the inner component of the damping assembly. The inner shell component is connected to the outer shell component. Connected between the inner assembly and the inner shell member are relatively elastomeric damping members that are stretched to different degrees according to the weight applied to the vibratory pile driver.
