The invention discloses a novel high-power and high-integration hydrogen electricity system suitable for a forklift, and relates to the field of hydrogen electricity, the novel high-power and high-integration hydrogen electricity system comprises a hydrogen inlet, a hydrogen storage bottle, a lower frame and an upper frame, the lower frame is provided with the upper frame through a detachable structure, the lower frame is provided with the hydrogen storage bottle, one side of the hydrogen storage bottle is provided with the hydrogen inlet, and the other side of the hydrogen storage bottle is provided with the hydrogen storage bottle. A DC-DC converter, an air compressor and a two-in-one expansion water tank are installed on the other side of the hydrogen storage bottle, and a plurality of radiator suspension supports are movably installed on the side face of the upper frame. The limited arrangement space of the high-power forklift is utilized, the hydrogen-electricity system is subjected to high-integration-level design, the structural layout is reasonable, excessive parts of the system are avoided, convenience is brought to follow-up maintenance of the system, the practical application scene can be widened through function extension design of the hydrogen-electricity system, the application scene is not limited to forklift matching of the patent, and the practicability is high. And the method is also suitable for the hydrogen energy storage field, such as distributed power stations, standby power supplies and cogeneration.

    本发明公开了一种适用于叉车的新型大功率高集成度氢电系统,涉及到氢电领域,包括加氢口、储氢瓶、下部框架、上部框架,下部框架通过可拆卸结构安装有上部框架,下部框架上安装有储氢瓶,储氢瓶的一侧安装有加氢口,储氢瓶的另一侧安装有DC‑DC转换器、空气压缩机、二合一膨胀水箱,上部框架的侧面活动安装有多个散热器悬置支架。本发明,利用大功率叉车有限的布置空间,将氢电系统进行高集成度设计,结构布局合理,避免因系统散件过多,给后续系统的保养维护带来便利,通过对氢电系统的功能扩展设计,能扩宽实际应用场景,应用场景不限于此专利的叉车配套,还能适用于氢储能领域,如分布式电站、备用电源、热电联供等场景。
