The invention discloses an electric windproof tying device which comprises a windproof tying inhaul cable, a wharf embedded part connecting support and an electric push rod. The upper end of the windproof fastening inhaul cable is connected with a crane structure, a connector is arranged at the lower end of the windproof fastening inhaul cable, and a first connecting hole is formed in the connector; the wharf embedded part connecting support is arranged on the wharf ground, and a second connecting hole is formed in the upper end of the wharf embedded part connecting support; the first connecting hole corresponds to the second connecting hole; a connecting shaft is arranged at the output end of the electric push rod, the electric push rod drives the connecting shaft to enter or exit from the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole, and connection or disconnection between the windproof fastening inhaul cable and the wharf embedded part connecting support is achieved. Automatic connection between the inhaul cable and the wharf embedded part is achieved, and conditions are created for building a full-automatic wharf.
