The invention discloses a wind power blade web integrated hoisting and pressing tool which comprises a cross beam, a plurality of sets of positioning supports, pressing assemblies and hoisting assemblies are connected to the cross beam, and each positioning support comprises a fixed positioning assembly connected to the cross beam and a lifting assembly connected to a blade mold. The downward pressing assembly comprises a connecting rod and a pressing plate rotationally connected with the connecting rod. The hoisting assembly comprises a suction cup arm and a driving device, and a vacuum suction cup is arranged on the suction cup arm; the driving device drives the suction cup arms to be switched between the inward clamping position and the outward opening position. The tool is simple in structure, accurate in positioning precision, high in reliability and good in product quality consistency.
