The drilling method comprises the steps that 1, a section where the broadside process holes are located and a section adjacent to the section where the broadside process holes are located are subjected to horizontal state general assembly positioning; 2, auxiliary hole opening and scribing are carried out on the subsection where the broadside auxiliary hole is located; 3, an anti-falling support is arranged below the subsection where the broadside auxiliary hole is located according to the auxiliary hole opening lineation, and the support is arranged corresponding to the auxiliary hole opening lineation position; 4, cutting is conducted along the outer plate, the inner shell plate and the internal structure of the subsection where the broadside auxiliary hole is located according to the auxiliary hole opening lineation; and (5) the subsections where the broadside process holes are located and the subsections adjacent to the subsections where the broadside process holes are located are hoisted to a ship from a total assembly area to be folded after total assembly welding is completed. According to the machining method, the auxiliary holes are machined in the segmented total assembly stage, and the problems that in the original auxiliary hole machining process, operation needs to be conducted at high altitude, danger exists, and the operation difficulty is large are solved.
本发明涉及一种船舶货舱舷侧工艺孔的开孔方法,包括:步骤1、将舷侧工艺孔所在分段以及与舷侧工艺孔所在分段相邻的分段进行卧态总组定位;步骤2、在舷侧工艺孔所在分段上进行工艺孔开孔划线;步骤3、根据工艺孔开孔划线在舷侧工艺孔所在分段下方设置防坠支撑,所述支撑对应工艺孔开孔划线位置设置;步骤4、根据工艺孔开孔划线分别沿舷侧工艺孔所在分段的外板、内壳板及内部结构进行切割;步骤5、舷侧工艺孔所在分段以及与舷侧工艺孔所在分段相邻的分段完成总组焊接后从总组区域吊至船上合拢。本发明通过在分段总组阶段进行工艺孔的加工,解决了原有工艺孔加工时需要在高空进行作业存在危险且操作难度大的问题。
