The polar region scientific investigation rescue seaborne drifting base comprises a floating structure of a spherical structure, an ice melting system is laid on the lower portion of the outer surface of the floating structure, an auxiliary freezing system is installed on the outer wall face, located above the ice melting system, of the floating structure, and the auxiliary freezing system sprays water to the joint of the floating structure and an ice layer; power devices with integrated propellers and rudders are mounted on the front, rear, left and right sides of the floating structure, and the power devices in a working state are located at the height of an ice layer and protrude outwards relative to the floating structure; a searchlight system is installed on the upper portion of the floating structure and comprises a plurality of powerful searchlights arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction. Four or more sets of floating ice mooring systems are arranged outwards in the circumferential direction at intervals with the floating structure as the center; therefore, the device can drift along with ice through freezing between the marine drifting base and the stable floating ice, a powerful guarantee base is provided for polar scientific investigation rescue work, and the device can automatically break ice and move, and is green, energy-saving, flexible to use and good in practicability.

    本发明涉及一种极地科考救援海上漂流基地及其使用方法,包括球形结构的浮式结构物,其外表面下部敷设融冰系统,位于融冰系统上方的浮式结构物外壁面上安装辅助结冰系统,辅助结冰系统向着浮式结构物与冰层相接处喷水;浮式结构物前、后、左、右均安装桨舵合一的动力装置,工作状态的动力装置位于冰层高度并相对于浮式结构物向外凸出;浮式结构物上部安装探照灯系统,探照灯系统包括沿着周向间隔布设的多盏强力探照灯;以浮式结构物为中心、沿着周向间隔向外布设四组以上浮冰系泊系统;从而能够经由海上漂流基地与稳定浮冰之间的冻结,随冰漂流,为极地科考救援工作提供有力的保障基地,并且能够自主破冰移动,绿色节能,使用灵活,实用性好。
