The invention relates to a lightering method for offshore wind power super-long blades on a platform ship. The lightering method comprises the steps that S1, a ship is installed, and a transport ship enters a site; s2, the two cranes are matched to hoist the blade; s3, the blade root tool is placed on the tool supporting frame, and the blade root tool is dismantled; s4, the blade is moved, a blade tip tool is placed on the tool supporting frame, and the blade tip tool is dismantled; s5, the blade clamp is lifted to clamp the blade; s6, a cable wind system is arranged; and S7, the blades are hoisted, and butt joint of the blades is completed. The lightering method for the offshore wind power ultra-long blade on the platform ship aims to overcome existing defects, and the requirement for hoisting the ultra-long blade on the small-deck platform ship is met. And the utilization rate of the existing ship machine equipment is improved.

    本发明涉及一种海上风电超长叶片在平台船的过驳方法,包括:步骤S1,安装船及运输船进点;步骤S2,两吊机配合起吊叶片;步骤S3,将叶根工装放置在工装支撑架上,并拆除叶根工装;步骤S4,移动所述叶片,将叶尖工装放置在所述工装支撑架上,并拆除叶尖工装;步骤S5,叶片夹具起吊进行叶片夹持;步骤S6,设置缆风系统;步骤S7,所述叶片起吊,完成所述叶片对接。本发明的目的在于克服现有的缺陷而提供的一种海上风电超长叶片在平台船的过驳方法,满足小甲板平台船吊装超长叶片的需求。提高了现有船机设备的利用率。
