The device specifically comprises a support, a winding frame is clamped and fixed in the support, a permanent magnet is embedded in the winding frame, a main coil and an auxiliary coil are arranged on the two sides, close to the permanent magnet, of the winding frame, a threading hole is formed in one side of the circumference of the support, a rear cover is clamped to one end of the support, a through hole is formed in the center of the rear cover, and a movable iron core is slidably connected into the through hole. And the winding frame is provided with a static iron core close to the lower part of the secondary coil in an interference manner. A small-size electromagnetic structure is adopted to provide reliable telescopic force, a stable parking function is achieved through a driving braking transmission mechanism, electric energy of a new energy vehicle can be saved, use energy consumption can be reduced, and potential safety hazards caused by coil heating due to long-time electrification can be prevented.

    本发明公开了一种EMB用双稳态电磁阀及其控制方法,涉及电磁阀技术领域;为了解决传动机构需要执行行车制动的功能,不能自带自锁功能,否则会导致失效时无法正常回位或者回位时效率过低的问题;具体包括支座,所述支座内卡接固定有绕线框架,且绕线框架内嵌入有永磁体,绕线框架靠近永磁体的两侧设置有主线圈和副线圈,且支座的圆周一侧开有穿线孔,且支座的一端卡接有后盖,且后盖的中心开有通孔,动铁芯滑动连接于通孔中,绕线框架靠近副线圈下方过盈设置有静铁芯。本发明实现了采用小体积的电磁结构提供可靠的伸缩力,并且利用行车制动的传动机构,实现稳定的驻车功能,既能节省新能源车的电能降低使用能耗,又能防止长时间通电线圈发热,产生安全隐患。
