The adjusting device comprises a vehicle rearview mirror, an in-vehicle camera and a vehicle body processor. The vehicle rearview mirror comprises an outer shell, a rearview mirror surface located on the front end face of the outer shell, a first driving motor and a second driving motor, wherein the first driving motor and the second driving motor are located in the outer shell. The first driving motor is used for driving the rearview mirror surface to move in the longitudinal front-back direction. The second driving motor is used for driving the rearview mirror surface to move in the transverse left-right direction. The in-vehicle camera is used for capturing the pupil position of a driver in the vehicle. The vehicle body processor is used for determining the sight angle of the driver based on the pupil position of the driver and controlling at least one of the first driving motor and the second driving motor to drive the rearview mirror surface to move according to the sight angle of the driver so as to automatically adjust the deflection angle of the rearview mirror surface. The vehicle rearview mirror can be dynamically adjusted.
