The upper surface of the upper support is downwards provided with a first connecting groove allowing the connecting cylinder to be inserted therein, the upper support is further internally provided with a second connecting groove communicated with the first connecting groove, the screw sequentially penetrates through the upper end and the connecting cylinder to enter the second connecting groove, the lower end of the screw is sleeved with an installation gasket, and the lower end of the screw is further provided with a nut abutting against the installation gasket. The outer diameter of the mounting gasket is larger than the inner diameter of the first connecting groove and smaller than the inner diameter of the second connecting groove. According to the non-rigid connecting structure of the upper support of the frame type rearview mirror, the rigidity of the connecting structure of the upper support and the mirror rod is reduced, so that the inherent frequency of a rearview mirror assembly is reduced, and the purpose of avoiding the resonance frequency band of a whole vehicle is achieved.
