The invention relates to the technical field of lithium battery charging, and provides a lithium battery centralized charging device and a use method thereof.The lithium battery centralized charging device is characterized in that a bearing plate is arranged on a charging frame, and a positioning plate is arranged on the bearing plate and assists the bearing plate to place lithium batteries; the temperature sensor is arranged on the positioning plate; the air cooling assembly comprises an air station and air cooling pipes, the air cooling pipes are communicated with the air station, the multiple air cooling pipes are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the bearing plates, the air cooling pipes are arranged on the bearing plates and comprise main pipes and branch pipes, the main pipes are provided with first air channels, one ends of the branch pipes are communicated with the main pipes, the first air channels are internally provided with wide opening parts and narrow opening parts, and the branch pipes are communicated with the narrow opening parts; the water cooling assembly comprises a water station and a water cooling pipe, and the water cooling pipe communicates with the water station and is arranged below the bearing plate; the controller is electrically connected with the temperature sensor, the gas station and the water station. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, a lithium battery centralized charging device is single in cooling mode, and air cooling needs a high-power motor are solved.

    本发明涉及锂电池充电技术领域,提出了一种锂电池集中充电装置及其使用方法,包括充电架上设置承载板,承载板上设置定位板,定位板辅助承载板安置锂电池;温度传感器设于定位板上;气冷组件包括气站和气冷管,气冷管连通气站,气冷管为多个且与承载板一一对应设置,气冷管设于承载板上,气冷管包括主干管和分支管,主干管具有第一气道,分支管一端连通主干管,第一气道内具有宽口部和窄口部,分支管连通在窄口部;水冷组件,水冷组件包括水站和水冷管,水冷管连通水站并设置在承载板的下方;控制器电连接温度传感器、气站和水站。通过上述技术方案,现有技术中锂电池集中充电装置冷却方式单一且气冷需要大功率电机的问题。
