The convenience of dismounting and mounting is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及汽车技术领域,公开了一种便于拆卸的动力电池与车身框架的密封结构及车辆,在动力电池上盖与门槛梁之间以及动力电池螺栓连接面布置周圈的EPDM闭孔泡棉材质的密封条,解决动力电池与车身框架的密封问题;两道EPDM闭孔泡棉密封条的布置宽度加宽,可以提高动力电池与车身框架间隙的隔声量,降低车内噪声;采用EPDM闭孔泡棉材质的密封条代替密封胶进行密封和隔声,当动力电池某部件出现问题,需要更换或维修零部件时,无需拆卸车辆的整个底盘,通过拆除螺栓,即可轻松移除动力电池,保证动力电池拆卸后电池包不变形,且不留胶印,提高拆卸与安装的便利性,降低维修成本低。
