According to the heavy truck axle housing with the shaft head and the body integrally formed, the axle housing is composed of an axle package, a rectangular straight pipe, a cylindrical straight pipe and the integrated shaft head, the axle housing is integrally formed by a seamless steel pipe and is free of welding seams, firstly, the middle of the steel pipe is subjected to hot upsetting and thickening to obtain a variable-wall-thickness pipe blank, and the two sides are subjected to first-time hot extrusion to achieve diameter reduction of the rectangular straight pipe and the cylindrical straight pipe; carrying out secondary hot extrusion on the end part to form a shaft head tube blank; and then the upsetting and thickening part of the pipe blank is subjected to hydraulic bulging to obtain a single-drum-shaped pipe blank, after an inner cavity is filled with liquid, multidirectional pressing forming is carried out to obtain a heavy truck axle housing pipe fitting with a shaft head and a body integrally formed, an additional front cover is cut, and the shaft head pipe blank is machined to obtain the heavy truck axle housing. The defects existing during split forming and welding of the heavy truck axle housing body and the shaft head are thoroughly overcome, the strength, rigidity and fatigue life are high, the wall thickness of each part of the product is designed according to the bearing, the bending resistance is close to equal strength, the weight is light, the manufacturing procedures are few, the efficiency is high, and the axle housing is suitable for batch production.

    本申请的轴头与本体一体成形的重卡桥壳,所述桥壳由桥包、矩形直管、圆柱直管、一体式轴头组成,由无缝钢管一体成形、无焊缝,首先将钢管中部进行热镦粗增厚得到变壁厚管坯,两侧经过第一次热挤压实现矩形直管、圆柱直管的减径,再对端部进行第二次热挤压形成轴头管坯;然后对管坯的镦粗增厚部分进行液压胀形得到单鼓形管坯,内腔充液后进行多向压制成形得到轴头与本体一体成形的重卡桥壳管件,切割附加前盖、机加轴头管坯得到重卡桥壳。本申请彻底消除重卡桥壳本体与轴头分体成形、焊接时存在的缺陷,强度刚度及疲劳寿命高,产品各部分壁厚根据承载设计,抗弯曲性能接近等强度,重量轻、制造工序少、效率高,适合批量生产。
