The invention discloses a noise-reducing and vibration-absorbing material for ships and a preparation method thereof, the noise-reducing and vibration-absorbing material comprises a noise-reducing reinforcing layer and damping rubber layers, and the damping rubber layers are located on the two sides of the noise-reducing reinforcing layer; the noise reduction reinforcing layer is a polyurethane foam reinforcing layer, and the damping rubber layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of chlorinated butyl rubber, 30-40 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, 25-40 parts of reinforcing filler, 4-7 parts of dibenzoyl peroxide, 5-8 parts of sulfur and 5-10 parts of auxiliaries. Through the structural design of the noise reduction reinforcing layer and the damping rubber layer and the design of components of the noise reduction reinforcing layer and the damping rubber layer, the prepared noise reduction and vibration reduction material has excellent sound absorption, noise reduction and vibration reduction performance and also has excellent flame retardance, the vibration reduction effect and the sound insulation effect of the ship lying cabin are effectively improved, and the service life of the ship lying cabin is prolonged. And the sleep quality of sailors and passengers can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种船舰用降噪减震材料及其制备方法,包括:降噪增强层和阻尼橡胶层,所述阻尼橡胶层位于所述降噪增强层的两侧;所述降噪增强层为聚氨酯泡沫增强层,所述阻尼橡胶层包括如下重量份组分:氯化丁基橡胶25~35份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶30~40份、增强填料25~40份、过氧化二苯甲酰4~7份、硫磺5~8份和助剂5~10份。本发明通过降噪增强层和阻尼橡胶层的结构设计以及降噪增强层和阻尼橡胶层成分的设计,使所制备的降噪减震材料具有优异的吸音降噪性能和减震性能,同时还具有优异的阻燃性能,有效改善了船舰卧舱的减震效果和隔音效果,有助于提升船员和乘客的睡眠质量。
