The embodiment of the invention discloses a test signal receiving device and method for an aircraft. The device comprises a piezoelectric sensor which is used for receiving a test signal output by the aircraft and converting the test signal into a charge signal; the charge amplifier is used for receiving the charge signal and amplifying the charge signal to obtain a charge amplification signal; the analog receiving module comprises a constant current source, a filtering unit and a power supply unit, and is used for receiving the charge amplification signal and conditioning the charge amplification signal to obtain the test signal; the power supply unit further comprises a linear voltage regulator circuit, a voltage bias circuit, a boost converter circuit and a voltage inverter circuit, and is used for providing a first voltage signal, a second voltage signal, a third voltage signal and a fourth voltage signal with different voltage values for the analog receiving module. The constant current source is designed at the input end of the analog receiving unit to be matched with the charge amplifying circuit, so that the stability of the received test signal is improved.
