    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,尤其涉及一种起重机的操作室攀爬防护组件及其攀爬方法;包括第一阶梯和第二阶梯,所述第一阶梯和第二阶梯一侧面均开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内部滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块一侧转动连接有转盘,所述转盘一侧中心处设有齿轮;该装置不仅可以有效的提高攀爬人员的攀爬舒适性,同时通过安全带的设置提高攀爬人员的攀爬安全性;而当攀爬人员坠落时,距离传感器检测到的距离值增大,则电动伸缩杆启动伸长,减小第二阶梯与第一阶梯之间的夹角,提高对齿轮和插板的限位卡接作用,减小摩擦板底部与第一限位槽内底部之间的间隙,提高摩擦板对插板的摩擦减速效果,从而提高攀爬人员的安全性和稳定性。
