And the lowering process of the standard knots is guided, and accurate stacking of the two standard knots is facilitated.

    本发明涉及起重机组装技术领域,具体为一种塔式起重机塔身组合装置及方法,包括矩形板、夹持机构、连接机构和爬升机构。本发明中设置的一号抵紧单元中的承接板首先通过标准节上的连接管对标准节承托,之后再由第一气缸工作使得前后两个弧形相互配合对标准节进行限位,同时设置的二号抵紧单元中的抵紧辊与与同侧的固定板相互紧贴接触挤压,故最终使得该标准节为正常姿态(非倾斜)被夹持,同时移动至已安装的标准节的正上方,减少人工的参与的同时便于后续进行安装组合,设置的环形条和对应的环形槽相互配合,以及导向板与对应的导向槽相互配合,对标准节的下放过程进行引导导向,便于两个标准节准确堆叠。
