    本申请属于电梯超速保护技术领域,公开一种电梯超速保护装置,包括电梯井、电梯本体、减速带机构、支撑钢索、降速机构和悬停机构;电梯井内壁两侧设有减速带机构,电梯井内部后方设有支撑钢索,电梯本体后端上方设有降速机构,电梯本体后端面的下方设有悬停机构,电梯本体上端面固定连接有多个牵引绳,减速带机构包括固定连接于电梯井内壁两侧后方的限位架,限位架内腔的后方固定有传动齿条,限位架内腔一侧固定有多个减速条。本发明通过在电梯本体后部安装降速机构,电梯本体突然急速下降时,使得两个挤压条相互靠近,挤压条上的阻尼片会紧贴支撑钢索,增大摩擦,降低电梯本体的速度,起到在急停前的一个缓冲效果,提升了装置安全性。
