The invention discloses a traction sheave rope groove detector fixing mechanism based on an elevator with a machine room and an elevator without a machine room. The traction sheave rope groove detector fixing mechanism comprises a housing, a traction sheave sealed through the housing and a traction rope located on the traction sheave. The traction rope makes contact with the traction roller during traction and drives the traction roller to rotate through the traction rope. The two sides of the center connecting column are each provided with a driving tooth, the traction wheel rope groove detector is driven by the driving teeth on the two sides of the center connecting column to do reciprocating spiral sliding motion in the length direction of the center connecting column, and the detection face of the traction wheel rope groove detector right faces a wheel groove in the bottom of the traction wheel. According to the traction wheel rope groove detector, the traction wheel rope groove detector rotates in the axial direction of the center connecting column through the structural design of the guide sliding groove and the sliding block while moving left and right in a reciprocating mode through power of a traction rope, so that the structure is simplified, cost is reduced, all-directional and dead-corner-free detection is achieved, the accuracy and comprehensiveness of detection are improved, and the detection efficiency is improved. And therefore, the operation safety and reliability of the elevator are enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种基于有机房和无机房电梯曳引轮绳槽检测仪固定机构,包括罩壳,通过罩壳密封曳引轮以及位于曳引轮上的曳引绳;曳引绳牵引时与牵引辊接触并利用曳引绳带动牵引辊转动;中心连接柱的两侧分别安装一驱动齿,通过中心连接柱两侧的驱动齿驱动曳引轮绳槽检测仪沿着中心连接柱长度方向作往复螺旋滑动运动,曳引轮绳槽检测仪的检测面正对着曳引轮底部的轮槽。本发明用曳引绳的动力,使曳引轮绳槽检测仪在左右往复移动的同时,通过导向滑槽与滑块的结构设计,实现沿中心连接柱轴向的旋转,从而简化结构,减少成本,且实现全方位、无死角的检测,提升检测的准确性和全面性,进而增强电梯的运行安全性和可靠性。
