The invention discloses a gear clearance engagement torque control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a corresponding acceleration feedback torque based on the acceleration of a motor at the current moment; the acceleration feedback torque and a corresponding pre-calibrated torque are superposed to obtain a control torque, and the pre-calibrated torque is a torque value corresponding to the current moment in a torque curve obtained through whole vehicle calibration in advance; and controlling a gear of the motor to realize meshing based on the control torque. Therefore, the appropriate torque can be accurately inquired on the basis of the torque curve calibrated in advance, closed-loop control is performed on the basis of the acceleration feedback torque to form the control torque, and then the motor is controlled to operate on the basis of the control torque so as to drive the gear to realize meshing, so that the problems of abnormal sound and jitter of gear leaning teeth are effectively solved; and the inhibition effect is ideal.

    本发明公开了一种齿轮间隙咬合扭矩控制方法及系统,可以基于电机在当前时刻的加速度,得到相应的加速度反馈扭矩;将所述加速度反馈扭矩与相应预先标定的扭矩叠加得到控制扭矩,其中,所述预先标定的扭矩为预先进行整车标定得到的扭矩曲线中、所述当前时刻对应的扭矩值;基于所述控制扭矩,控制所述电机的齿轮实现咬合。由此可以看出,本发明可以基于预先标定的扭矩曲线准确查询到合适的扭矩,并基于加速度反馈扭矩进行闭环控制形成控制扭矩,然后再基于控制扭矩控制电机运行,以带动齿轮实现咬合,有效解决齿轮靠齿异响和齿轮靠齿抖动,抑制效果较理想。
