The invention discloses an inertial energy flow power station. The inertial energy flow power station comprises a power vehicle, a motor and a generator are connected to a wheel axle of the power vehicle, and the generator is connected with a power grid through an output electric energy grid-connected controller; the motor is connected with power; the conduction between the motor and the power supply is controlled by the control system; the motor is a traction motor; the generator comprises the traction motor and an excitation controller connected with the traction motor, the excitation controller is also connected with the control system, the control system controls work of the excitation controller, and when the excitation controller controls excitation, the traction motor is the generator; when the excitation controller does not excite, the traction motor is a motor; when the transport vehicle moves at a rated high threshold speed, the excitation controller controls excitation; the excitation controller stops excitation at a rated low threshold speed of movement of the transport vehicle.
