The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle environment perception, in particular to a vehicle environment perception early warning method and device, a server and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: receiving the motion information, type information and position information of at least one target uploaded by a current vehicle, and carrying out the early warning based on the type information and position information; and according to the motion information, screening out a collision target meeting a first preset collision risk condition and a first early warning strategy corresponding to the collision target, and sending the collision target and the first early warning strategy to the current vehicle to control the current vehicle to carry out early warning according to the first early warning strategy. Therefore, the problem that a user cannot make a driving remedial action in time when a traffic danger occurs due to hysteresis of early warning reminding for vehicle driving safety in the related technology is solved, and the vehicle end, the road management platform and the cloud early warning system cooperate with one another to achieve the early warning effect. Static obstacles and dynamic obstacles around a vehicle are detected in real time based on an environment sensing system, so that road early warning information is given to a user, and the driving safety of the user is guaranteed.
