The invention discloses an integrated automatic driving special lane and multi-type intersection layout optimization method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, describing a mixed driving scene in an urban road network; s2, determining the types of a CAV special lane and an intersection and a CAV special entrance lane; s3, determining a relationship between decision variables in the DISLP problem; s4, calculating the travel cost; s5, constructing constraint conditions of flow distribution; s6, constructing a problem model; and S7, designing an improved genetic algorithm for solving. According to the method, the total travel cost of the system can be obviously reduced, the operation efficiency of the road network can be improved, the accessibility of the HV in the road network is considered for a problem model, the improved genetic algorithm is adopted, and a strong stationary solution is obtained through finite iterations.
