The invention relates to an expressway intelligent spike active control method based on real-time traffic flow and weather information, and the method comprises the steps: collecting traffic flow data and meteorological data through traffic flow detection equipment and weather information detection equipment; according to the method, collected traffic flow data and meteorological data are transmitted to a calculation center, control schemes under various traffic flow and weather conditions are automatically calculated according to real-time states of road weather and traffic flow, corresponding control signals are sent to a control device, and speed limit information is indicated to a driver through cooperation of intelligent spikes and a variable information board. According to the method, the defects of equipment such as a variable information board are overcome, an early warning means is optimized, the perceptibility of a driver to speed limit change of a road section is effectively improved, and refined prompt of collision risks is realized, so that potential driving safety hazards caused by bad sight distance are reduced, traffic accident risks are reduced, and road traffic safety is improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于实时交通流和天气信息的快速道路智能道钉主动控制方法,利用交通流检测设备以及天气信息检测设备,收集交通流数据与气象数据;将采集的交通流数据与气象数据传输至计算中心,根据道路天气与交通流的实时状态,自动计算各类交通流与天气条件下的控制方案,将对应的控制信号发送至控制设备,利用智能道钉配合可变情报板将限速信息指示给驾驶员。本发明弥补可变情报板等设备的不足,优化预警手段,有效提高驾驶员对路段限速变化的感知度,实现碰撞风险的精细化提示,从而减少由不良视距造成的行车安全隐患,减少交通事故风险,提高道路交通安全。
