The invention discloses an instant traffic flow prediction method based on Conv-LSTM. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring current traffic image data and historical traffic flow data of each intersection; performing data fusion on the current traffic image data and the historical traffic flow data of each intersection to generate a space-time flow matrix; constructing a traffic flow prediction model, and training the traffic flow prediction model by using the space-time flow matrix; acquiring real-time traffic image data of the to-be-predicted road junction; and predicting the traffic flow at the next moment by using the trained traffic flow prediction model according to the real-time traffic image data and the historical traffic flow data of the to-be-predicted intersection. According to the method, the traffic image and the historical traffic flow data are fused, and a multi-task learning method based on the Conv-LSTM model is used, so that the prediction accuracy and reliability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于Conv‑LSTM的即时交通流量预测方法,包括获取各个道路口的当前交通图像数据和历史交通流量数据;将各个道路口的当前交通图像数据和历史交通流量数据进行数据融合,生成时空流量矩阵;构建交通流量预测模型,利用时空流量矩阵对交通流量预测模型进行训练;获取待预测道路口的实时交通图像数据;利用训练后的交通流量预测模型根据待预测道路口的实时交通图像数据和历史交通流量数据预测下一时刻的交通流量。本发明将交通图像和历史交通流量数据进行融合,并使用基于Conv‑LSTM模型的多任务学习方法,从而提高预测的准确性和可靠性。
