The invention discloses a roadside occlusion human body posture estimation method based on fusion attention decoupling features, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, designing a deep convolution residual feature extraction network to extract the high-dimensional features of an input image; then, a channel attention feature enhancement module is designed to model key point features of the human body, and human body key point estimation errors caused by shielding are improved; thirdly, designing a semantic segmentation space attention feature enhancement module to model morphological features of the human body, and improving human body morphological estimation errors caused by shielding by using an external supervision means; and finally, designing two parallel branches to form a decoupling structure, and designing an attitude estimation network fusing an attention decoupling structure. According to the method, the problem of three-dimensional human body posture estimation errors under the complex traffic roadside shielding view angle is effectively solved, and the accuracy and robustness of shielding human body posture estimation are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了基于融合注意力解耦特征的路侧遮挡人体姿态估计方法,首先,设计了深度卷积残差特征提取网络提取输入图像的高维特征。然后,设计了通道注意力特征增强模块对人体的关键点特征建模,改善遮挡造成的人体的关键点估计错误。接着,设计了语义分割空间注意力特征增强模块对人体的形态特征建模,使用外部监督手段改善遮挡造成的人体形态估计错误。最后,设计了两个并行的分支构成解耦结构,并设计了融合注意力解耦结构姿态估计网络。本发明有效解决了复杂交通路侧遮挡视角下的三维人体姿态估计错误问题,大大提升了遮挡人体姿态估计的准确性和鲁棒性。
