The invention discloses a sample anti-escape device for small celestial body sampling and a sampling method. The anti-escape device comprises a fixed cylinder, a double-fork-arm assembly, a movable cylinder assembly, a cylindrical linear motor assembly, a high-elasticity memory alloy brush wire door assembly, an in-place switch assembly, a pressing assembly and a separation spring. One end of the movable cylinder assembly sleeves the outer circumference of the fixed cylinder through a separation spring; one end of the double-fork-arm assembly is fixedly connected with the fixed cylinder, and the other end supports and fixes the pressing assembly; the pressing assembly is arranged on the outer circumference of the movable cylinder assembly and limits the separation spring to be in a compressed state, after the compression assembly is unlocked through fire work, the separation spring is released, and the elastic force drives the movable cylinder assembly to retract towards the inlet end of the fixed cylinder. The in-place switch assembly is triggered after the movable cylinder assembly moves in place, and a movable cylinder assembly in-place signal is collected; the other end of the movable cylinder assembly is fixedly connected with a cylindrical linear motor assembly, and the cylindrical linear motor assembly is electrified to stretch out and draw back to control opening and closing of the high-elasticity memory alloy brush wire door assembly. According to the invention, the anti-escape function in the sample collection process can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种用于小天体采样的样品防逃逸装置及采样方法,防逃逸装置包括定筒、双叉臂组件、动筒组件、圆筒型直线电机组件、高弹记忆合金刷丝门组件、到位开关组件、压紧组件及分离弹簧;动筒组件一端通过分离弹簧套装在定筒外圆周;双叉臂组件一端与定筒固连,另一端支撑固定压紧组件;压紧组件设在动筒组件外圆周,限定分离弹簧处于压缩状态,压缩组件火工解锁后,释放分离弹簧,其弹力驱使动筒组件向定筒入口端回缩;到位开关组件由动筒组件运动到位后触发,采集动筒组件到位信号;动筒组件另一端固连圆筒型直线电机组件,圆筒型直线电机组件通电伸缩控制高弹记忆合金刷丝门组件开闭。本发明能够实现样品采集过程中的防逃逸功能。
