The invention discloses a steering control system and a rack force test system of a vehicle. The steering control system comprises a fixed part fixed on a steering wheel of the vehicle; the driving part is fixed on the fixing part and is used for driving the steering wheel to rotate; and the control part is connected with the driving part through a wireless network and is used for controlling the working parameters of the driving part. According to the invention, the technical problems of inaccurate experimental data and long development period of the steering gear caused by manual adjustment of the rotation angle during related experiments of the steering gear are solved.
