The absolute sea surface elevation measuring buoy comprises a solar cell panel, an equipment cabin and at least three floating bodies, the floating bodies are connected with the equipment cabin through connecting rods, a GNSS antenna and a communication antenna are arranged at the top of the equipment cabin, and a power source, a GNSS receiver, a communication module, a processing unit and a solar controller are arranged in the equipment cabin. A height detection mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of the equipment cabin, the floating body comprises a cylindrical floating barrel and a hemispherical floating ball arranged at the bottom of the floating barrel, and the solar cell panel is horizontally arranged on the top surface of the floating barrel; the outer diameter of the floating body is smaller than 1/4 wavelength of sea waves on the measured sea surface. The height from the GNSS antenna to the sea surface to be measured can be measured in real time, the gravity center of the equipment cabin is lowered, the inclination angle of the equipment cabin is reduced, the wave following performance of the buoy is improved, and therefore the measurement accuracy is guaranteed.
本发明涉及绝对海面高程测量浮标及测量方法,包括太阳能电池板、设备舱和至少三个浮体,浮体通过连接杆与设备舱相连,所述设备舱的顶部设置有GNSS天线和通信天线,设备舱内部设置有电源、GNSS接收机、通信模块、处理单元和太阳能控制器,设备舱的外壁设置有高度检测机构,所述浮体包括圆柱形的浮筒和设置在浮筒底部的半球形浮球,所述太阳能电池板水平设置在浮筒的顶面;所述浮体的外径小于被测海面海浪的1/4波长。本发明能够实时测量GNSS天线到待测海面高度,降低设备舱的重心,减小设备舱的倾斜角度,提高浮标的随波性,从而保证测量的准确性。
