The invention discloses a visual hoisting construction danger alarm method based on an AR technology. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a three-dimensional real scene model of a construction site; manufacturing a three-dimensional model of the beam body, importing the three-dimensional model into the three-dimensional live-action model, and simulating a hoisting movement path of the beam body; scanning a construction site through an intelligent mobile terminal to obtain a corresponding three-dimensional real scene model and displaying a hoisting moving path; an intelligent mobile terminal for observation is arranged on the observation high platform; and the beam body is operated to perform hoisting movement according to the hoisting movement path, the intelligent mobile terminal judges whether the beam body deviates, exceeds the limit or generates overlarge amplitude or not in real time, and if danger occurs, an alarm is given through the intelligent mobile terminal in a cab. The method has the advantages that on the basis of the AR software on the intelligent mobile terminal, the animations of the simulated hoisting process are displayed, the hoisting moving path of the beam body in the hoisting process can be monitored to judge whether the danger of deviation, overrun or overlarge amplitude exists or not in real time, and if yes, an early warning is given out.

    本发明公开了一种基于AR技术的可视化吊装施工危险报警方法,包括以下步骤:构建施工现场的三维实景模型;制作梁体三维模型并导入至三维实景模型中,模拟出梁体的吊装移动路径;通过智能移动终端对施工现场进行扫描后获取相对应的三维实景模型并展示吊装移动路径;在观测高台上布置用于观测的智能移动终端;操作梁体按照吊装移动路径吊装移动,智能移动终端则实时判断梁体是否偏移、超限或产生过大振幅,若发生危险则通过驾驶室内的智能移动终端进行报警。本发明的优点是:基于智能移动终端上的AR软件,展示模拟吊装过程动画,并可在梁体吊装过程中对其吊装移动路径进行监测以实时判断是否存在偏移、超限或过大振幅的危险,若有则向外发出预警。
