The invention discloses a sheet body hoisting reinforcing tool which comprises reinforcing hangers and connecting steel pipes, the reinforcing hangers are arranged on a sheet to be hoisted, the reinforcing hangers are connected through the connecting steel pipes, the overall rigidity is enhanced through the connecting steel pipes, and hoisting deformation is reduced. The connecting steel pipe is designed to be three sections of steel pipes with different diameters, the three sections of steel pipes are connected through threads, and the total connecting length of the steel pipes can be increased or decreased through rotation, so that the use range of the reinforcing tool is adjusted, and the reinforcing tool can be suitable for to-be-hoisted steel plates with various sizes. According to the hoisting reinforcing tool, the number of hoisting weights can be flexibly set according to the size of a to-be-hoisted steel plate, and the number of connecting steel pipes is synchronously increased, so that stress points are increased, the load of the whole plate is uniformly distributed, and hoisting deformation of the thin plate is further avoided. The thin plate body hoisting reinforcing tool is easy to mount and dismount and low in cost, the hoisting weight does not need to be welded to a thin plate mother plate, welding deformation is reduced, the polishing workload is reduced, hoisting deformation can be effectively reduced, and the construction time cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种薄板片体吊装加强工装,包括加强吊码和连接钢管,加强吊码设置在待吊运薄板上,加强吊码间通过连接钢管连接,通过连接钢管增强整体刚度,减少吊装变形。连接钢管设计为直径不同的三段钢管,通过螺纹连接,可通过旋转扩大或缩小钢管间连接的总长度,以调整加强工装的使用范围,使其能够适用于多种尺寸的待吊装钢板。本发明中的吊装加强工装可根据待吊装钢板的大小,灵活设置吊码的数量,并同步增加连接钢管的数量,以增加受力点,均布整块板的载荷,进一步避免薄板的吊装变形。薄板片体吊装加强工装安装拆卸简单,成本低廉,且吊码不用与薄板母板焊接,减少焊接变形,减少打磨工作量,能有效减少吊运变形,并减少施工工时成本。
