The invention discloses an elevator vertical hinged door synchronous control method which comprises the following steps: arranging an intermediate controller between two driving motors of an elevator vertical hinged door, receiving a door opening and closing instruction of an elevator control system by the intermediate controller, and outputting two paths of PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) signals to drive the two driving motors; angle sensors are arranged on two door leaves of an elevator side hung door respectively to collect the opening and closing angles of the door leaves in real time, and an intermediate controller adjusts two paths of PWM signals in real time according to the difference value of the opening and closing angles of the two door leaves at each sampling moment so as to change the rotating speed of a driving motor, so that the door leaves offset the difference value of the opening and closing angles of the two door leaves in the next sampling period. The operation synchronization rate of the elevator vertical hinged door can be increased, and the operation stability of the elevator vertical hinged door is further improved.
本发明公开了一种电梯平开门同步控制方法,通过在电梯平开门的两个驱动电机之间设置一个中间控制器,由中间控制器接收电梯控制系统的开关门指令,再输出两路PWM信号对两个驱动电机的进行驱动;在电梯平开门的两个门扇上分别设置角度传感器实时采集门扇开合角度,中间控制器根据每个采样时刻两个门扇开合角度的差值,实时调节两路PWM信号以改变驱动电机的转速,使门扇在下一个采样周期内抵消两个门扇开合角度的差值。本发明可以提高电梯平开门的运行同步率,进一步提高电梯平开门的运行稳定性。
