The invention discloses an elevator brake control circuit, an elevator and a control method.The elevator brake control circuit comprises a rectification module, a band-type brake converter, an elevator brake, a mains supply detection module, a relay, a bidirectional converter, a battery, a DC-DC module and a position detection module; when the commercial power is abnormal, the electric energy of the battery is supplied to the elevator brake after passing through the bidirectional converter, so that the commercial power supply and the battery power supply are integrated, the bidirectional converter is multiplexed for charging and discharging of the battery, an independent charger does not need to be arranged for the battery, the circuit structure is simplified, and the cost is reduced; and on the other hand, whether the commercial power is normal or not and whether the lift car is flat or not are detected to automatically control brake contracting and brake loosening of the elevator brake, manual brake loosening is not needed, the unattended requirement is met, and emergency rescue is more perfect.

    本发明公开了一种电梯制动器控制电路、电梯以及控制方法,电梯制动器控制电路包括整流模块、抱闸变换器、电梯制动器、市电检测模块、继电器、双向变换器、电池、DC‑DC模块以及位置检测模块,一方面,市电经整流后既可以对电梯制动器供电,又可以通过双向变换器后对电池充电,并且在市电异常时电池的电能经双向变换器后对电梯制动器供电,实现了将市电供电和电池供电整合,电池充电和放电复用了双向变换器,无需为电池设置单独的充电器,简化了电路结构,降低了成本,另一方面,通过检测市电是否正常和轿厢是否平层以自动控制电梯制动器抱闸和松闸,无需人工手动操作松闸,满足无人值守需求,使得紧急救援更为完善。
