The invention discloses an intelligent skin sandwich structure, an intelligent skin and a morphing aircraft. The multistable honeycomb structure is formed by the bistable cell elements in a periodic variable-density arrangement mode, the bistable cell elements can achieve large deformation through stable configuration transformation under the action of small energy, and compared with a traditional intelligent skin sandwich structure needing large energy to overcome elastic force and maintain deformation, the intelligent skin sandwich structure has the advantages that the energy consumption is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced. The method has the remarkable advantages of reducing the driving energy consumption and the requirements of a driver. The intelligent skin sandwich structure not only has rigidity anisotropy of a traditional honeycomb structure, but also has larger reversible deformation, so that the intelligent skin sandwich structure is very in line with structural characteristics required by a large-deformation skin of a variable-camber or variable-elongation flexible wing. The reversible deformation characteristic is mainly derived from the instability of the elastic structure of the material, and larger deformation in the deformation direction can be achieved compared with a traditional material.

    本发明公开一种智能蒙皮夹心结构、智能蒙皮及变体飞行器。通过双稳态胞元采用周期性变密度的排列方式组成多稳态蜂窝结构,双稳态胞元在较小的能量作用下,就能够通过平稳构型的转变而实现较大的形变,相较于传统的智能蒙皮夹心结构需较大的能量克服弹性力和维持形变,其在降低驱动耗能和驱动器要求上具有显著优势。该智能蒙皮夹心结构既具有传统蜂窝结构的刚度各向异性,又具有较大的可逆形变,因此十分符合变弯度或变展长柔性机翼大变形蒙皮所需的结构特性。该可逆形变特性主要源于其自身弹性结构不稳定性,可以实现相较于传统材料在变形方向更大的变形。
