The invention belongs to the technical field of sinking and floating control, and particularly relates to an underwater speed boat sinking and floating control system which comprises a speed boat body, water inlet ducts are arranged on the edges of the two sides of the speed boat body and penetrate through the speed boat body, an equipment cavity is formed in the speed boat body, and a double-shaft driving motor is arranged in the equipment cavity; a driving shaft of the double-shaft driving motor is fixedly connected with a collecting roller, a chain is wound on the collecting roller, the chain is fixedly connected with a movable plug, the movable plug is in sliding and sealing connection with the water inlet duct, and the equipment cavity is filled with air. The underwater speedboat has the advantages that the underwater speedboat can have a stable up-down floating and sinking control effect, meanwhile, the functions of rapid floating and emergency floating are achieved, and therefore potential safety hazards during man carrying are reduced according to safety.
